This is the Summer 2002 issue of the Student/Instructor Handboke for the Royal University of Scir-Hafoc of the Kingdom of Calontir. It is published by RUSH for the use of its students, instructors and Board. It is not an official publication of the Society for Creative Anachronism, Inc. and it does not delineate policies of that organization. It is published as needed on an irregular basis. Inquiries should be addressed to the Chancellor, whose name and address appear in the MEWS.
